Our Story
AM SeaView Residence & Hotel was created to give travellers in Monrovia a comfortable, dependable place to stay — one that works equally well for a two-night business trip and a two-month assignment. Over the years the property has grown into a full residence with rooms, serviced suites, a restaurant, a pool and a gym.

Our Property
The residence offers standard rooms and twin rooms alongside studio, junior and two bedroom deluxe suites. The suites are serviced apartments in all but name, with kitchens, living areas, balconies and private check-in — designed for guests who need more than a hotel room.
